1. Start
   Mr. Ananin started the meeting at 13:35.

2. Assessment of the situation
   The Design phase of the project goes on.
   The main problems are message mapper, events calculator, and
   data structures.

3. Discussion

   3.A - Design

      Mr. Kulakov starts discussion about current state of
      design. Mr. Ananin reports that there are some
      problems with events calculator
      algorithms. It is decided to perform the calculator algorithms
      brain-storm. Mr. Kryshen reports on XML
      DTD design current state. Mr. Salo reports on log
      reader design current state.
      It is decided to use forum to reminde H-group about Design document 
      division on three parts. At that moment Russian part of team still has some
      opened questions on protocols and events. Consultation with Vadim Ponomarev
      to make that questions clear will be March, 31st. Also Main module needs to be designed.
      References on user requirements should be added in Design document parts of each module.
      Roles of developers are also discussed.

   3.B - Testing

      Testing plan document question is still opened. It is
      decided that each team member should prepare tests for
      own module.

4. Action points

   - Each team member: prepare tests for own modules, prepare
          questions for consultation, possible types of errors 
          in each module, fill diaries.

   - Mr. Ananin: add meeting minutes, events calculator design and algorithm.

   - Mr. Kulakov: behavioral model, test plan design.

   - Mr. Kryshen: protocol events file writer design, data
          structures design, ask H-group about moving DTD section, remind H-group 
          about division Design document.

   - Mr. Salo: log reader design, data structures design, local makefile for 
               Analyzer design document.

   - Mr. Surikov: architecture design, message mapper design and
          algorithm.
