1. Start
   Mr. Kulakov started the meeting at 15:20.

2. Assessment of the situation
   The Design phase of the project goes on.
   The main problems are message mapper, events calculator, and
   data structures.

3. Discussion

   3.A - Design

      Mr. Kulakov starts discussion about current state of
      design. Mr. Ananin reports that there are some
      problems with message mapper and events calculator
      algorithms. It is decided to perform the algorithms
      brain-storm. Mr. Surikov reports that architecture
      design is almost finished. Mr. Kryshen reports on XML
      DTD design current state. Mr. Salo reports on log
      reader design current state.
      Mr. Kulakov starts discussion on two separate design
      documents problem. It is decided to use forum to make
      the situation clear. Mr. Kulakov raises question on
      design document and requirements traceability.
      Mr. Kryshen starts discussion on using tools like
      viewcvs, because the code is available for everyone,
      but the license question is still unclear. It is
      decided to discuss it at the forum.
      At that moment Russian part of team still has some
      opened questions on protocols and events. It is
      decided to prepare a consultation with Vadim Ponomarev
      to make that questions clear. 

   3.B - Testing

      Testing plan document question is still opened. It is
      decided that each team member should prepare tests for
      own module.

4. Action points

   - Each team member: prepare tests for own modules, prepare
          questions for consultation, fill diaries.

   - Mr. Ananin: message mapper design and algorithm, events
          calculator design and algorithm.

   - Mr. Kulakov: behavioral model, test plan design.

   - Mr. Kryshen: protocol events file writer design, data
          structures design.

   - Mr. Salo: add meeting minutes, log reader design, data
          structures design.

   - Mr. Surikov: architecture design, message mapper design and
          algorithm, events calculator design and algorithm.
