1. Start
        Mr. Kulakov started the meeting at 13:40.

2. Assessment of the situation
        Local group meeting.

3. Discussion
   * Project plan
     - Mr. Kulakov suggested to prolong the design stage for 1
       week.
   
   * Design
     - The group discussed current problems with the Events
       Calculator algorithm (calculation of the cwnd and
       ssthresh variables) and decided that this variables will
       not be calculated if there are not needed to animate the
       scenarios.
     - Mr. Salo reports that he can not develop the analyzer's
       internal data communication structure until there are no
       specification for the Protocol Events File format.
     - Mr. Surikov reports that the Message Mapper algorithm is
       complete.
     - Mr. Salo reports that there are problems with developing
       the Log Reader module using libpcap.
     - Mr. Kryshen reports on the current status of the Protocol
       Events File format design and information found in the
       Requirements Specification document on the Scenario File
       format.
     - Mr. Kulakov and Mr. Korzun made some suggestions on the
       Design document:
       o write an introduction,
       o check English,
       o coordinate terms,
       o make references to the Requirements Specification
         document,
       o specify explicitly data from what protocol level is
         processed by each part of the algorithms.
       o specify data formats in DFD.
     - The group discussed if we need to write the complete list
       of error messages at the design stage. Mr. Korzun
       explained that we have to do it.

4. Action points
   All group members continue working on their current tasks
   (assigned earlier), except the internal data communication
   events structure is reassigned to Mr. Surikov and Mr. Ananin.
