1. Start
   Mr. Kulakov started the meeting at 13:30.

2. Assessment of the situation
   The Design phase of the project goes on.

3. Discussion

   3.A - Requirements Specification

      Mr. Kulakov starts discussion about current state of
      Requirements Specification document. Mr. Ananin tells
      about control of changes made by Helsinki group.

   3.B - Design

      Mr. Kulakov starts discussion of subsystems
      design. Each team member reports on current state of
      own subsystems design. Mr. Surikov reports on
      architecture model. Mr. Kryshen starts discussion
      about protocol events file format. It is decided to
      approve the basic draft of the format as soon as possible,
      because the design of the Analyzer internal memory
      data structures greatly depends on it. TCP states are
      lengthy discussed. It is decided to use all possible
      TCP states. Mr. Salo starts discussion of subsystems
      design templates. It is decided to prepare the
      template as soon as possible.

   3.C - Implementation

      Mr. Salo starts discussion on C coding standards. Some
      common styles are considered. It is decided to use the
      GNU coding standard during the implementation phase.

   3.D - Testing

      Testing plan document ideas are discussed.

4. Action points

   - Each team member: fill diaries, ideas on testing plan.

   - Mr. Ananin: control corrections of Requirements
          Specification, message mapper design, events calculator
          design, algorithm for message mapper.

   - Mr. Kulakov: correct internal schedule, template for
          subsystems design.

   - Mr. Kryshen: add meeting minutes, protocol events file
          design, protocol events file writer design, scenario file
          issues, test plan design.

   - Mr. Salo: add meeting minutes, data architecture design,
          command line parser design, log reader design, start coding
          style discussion in forum.

   - Mr. Surikov: message mapper design, events calculator
          design, global system architecture, the Analyzer system
          architecture, algorithm for message mapper.
