1. Start
        Mr. Kulakov started the meeting at 17:05.

2. Assessment of the situation
        Local group meeting.

3. Discussion
   * Requirements Specification

   The group discussed some corrections suggested at the
   Requirements Specification document review
   meeting. Complete review of the corrections were assigned to
   Mr. Ananin and Mr. Kulakov.

   * Design

   Mr. Kulakov reports on the state of the design document: it is
   started and being filled.
   
   Members of the group reported on tasks assigned to them:
    - Mr. Ananin has written the initial description for the
    Events Calculator subsystem and filled in some information on
    the Message Mapper design,
    - Mr. Surikov made the architecture diagram,
    - Mr. Kryshen made some suggestions for the Protocol Events
    File format, including the idea that the format should be
    developed together by both groups.
    - Mr. Salo described the Error Processing and Log Reader
    subsystems.
    
    Also it was suggested that we need to specify some
    requirements on the Protocol Events Format for analyzer
    subsystems.

4. Action points
   Mr. Kulakov and Mr. Ananin will review the corrections to the
   Requirements Specification documents.
   
   Mr. Kryshen will write his suggestions on the Protocol Events
   File in the forum and start designing the Protocol Events File
   Writer subsystem.
   
   All group members continue working on subsystems assigned to
   them.
