        Jan 29th, 2004, at 10:15.

1. Start
        Mr. Kulakov started the meeting at 10:20.

2. Assessment of the situation
        The first local group meeting after meeting with the customer.

3. Discussion
        The group discussed the first meeting with the customer and
        started to prepare new questions. For that purpose the problem
        was divided into several parts:
        
        - consolidator
        - time synchronization algorithm
        - intermediate file format (problems of format expandability,
          possible large file size, seeking in a large file needed for
          rewind and forward functions)
        - calculation algorithms used to prepare the animation
        - user interface: configuration part
        - user interface: animator

        Also the group discussed a problem of animating links between
        different protocol levels. The decision was made to ask the
        customer.

4. Action points
        Mr. Ananin will do the Project Plan introduction draft by
        Sunday.
        Mr. Kulakov will prepare the list of questions for the
        customer by the time of the next meeting.
        Mr. Salo will make the System Environment diagram draft by
        Sunday.
