1. Start
        Mr. Kulakov started the meeting at 14:00.


2. Assessment of the situation
        This is a first official meeting of Petrozavodsk group.
        Some organizational qusetions were discussed.

3. Discussion

         
        3.A - Group roles and organization:
        
                - Kirill Kulakov, as one of developers of Petrozavodsk group,
                  will be Petrozavodsk group leader and will be closer to the Finnish group.

                - Roles of each member of the Petrozavodsk group will be distribute later.
                
                - Reporting management and quality progress were discussed.
                  There will be one contact person in each group, in the Petrozavodsk group it will
                  be Kirill Kulakov and in the Finnish group - Vesa Vainio. Also possibility of
                  using forum for the chronology of mailing.
                
        3.B - Technical issues and engeneering tools:
    
                - The CVS repository problem is discussed. A. Salo suggest 2 variants: use cvsup
                  tool or to have one main cvs repository in Helsinki.
                
                - A. Ananin tell about analogs of animating TCP/IP traffic.

        3.C - Other issues:
        
                - Questions for next meeting were discussed.


4. Action points
        
        - List of questions for the Customer.
        - A. Ananin: overlook templates for the project documentation.
        - A. Salo: CVS merging problem.
