1. Start
   Mr. Kulakov started the meeting at 15:30.

2. Assessment of the situation
   Inspection of Project Plan and Requirements Specification documents.

3. Discussion

   3.A - Project planning

      Mr. Kulakov starts discussion about Project Plan document.
      Other team members tell about minor fixes in the document.
      Mr. Kulakov claims that TWiKi website link in section
      "Organization" is too long. Local schedule question is still
      unclear.

      Results:
      - The Project Plan document is almost completed.
      
   3.B - Requirements specification

      Mr. Kulakov starts discussion about Requirements Specification
      document. Section "Introduction" seems to be too short. It was
      decided to discuss this problem using forum. Section "User
      requirements" - "Analyzer" needs to be fixed. Question about
      Animator configuration is unclear. Networking scenarios
      implementation priorities are discussed. Section "System
      Requirements" - "Analyzer" is still unfinished. Section
      "Non-functional requirements" is discussed.

      Results:
      - The Requirements Specification document is finished to 70%.
      - The deadline has passed, but the document is still
          unfinished.
      - "The schedule of the project isn't met" risk is going
          to be materialized.
      - One additional week is needed to finish the document.
      
4. Action points

   - Each team member: control document terms accordance to glossary,
       continue working on Analyzer system requirements.
   
   - Mr. Ananin: fix section "User requirements" (RS), control of use
       cases.
   
   - Mr. Kryshen: network scenarios control, discuss Animator
       configuration questions in forum, intermediate file format
       questions.
   
   - Mr. Kulakov: control local & global schedule questions,
       responsibility for section "Introduction" (RS).
   
   - Mr. Salo: section "System constraints" (RS) control, section
       "Non-functional requirements" (RS) control.
   
   - Mr. Surikov: textual description of high-level architecture,
       high-level architecture model minor fixes.
