   Mr. Kulakov started the meeting at 14:02.

   Project planning needs to be finished as soon as possible.
   Requirements specification needs to be finished as soon as possible.

      - Organisation section is discussed.

      - Resource requirements are considered.

      - Check Size estimates section.
      
      - Analyzer size estimate is discussed.

      - Risk analysis control monitoring is finished.

      - Schedule and progress report are discussed.

      - SE techniques and tools section needs to be checked.

   3.B - Requirements specification

      - List of scenarios is discussed.

      - Use cases need to be developed.
      
      - Check data model.

      - Common list of requirements is considered.
      
      - System constraints are discussed:

             - Basic cases discussion
             
             - List of system requirements
        
      - Assignment tasks of developing system requirements for each team member:

             - Log reader is developed by A. Salo

             - Format file is developed by M. Kryshen'

             - Message mapping and Events calculator are developed by A. Ananin and V. Surikov

      - Ask customer about TCP states.

      - Glossary

   3.C - Technical issues

      - Working timetable of working in computer classes.

   - Each team member: personal pages, working hours, prepare material
      for glossary, own opinion on project, continue working on
      current tasks.

   - A. Salo: Add mailng list of Petrozavodsk team, check Size estimates section, check Data model section, 
     Log reader system requirements.

   - A. Ananin: Check Organization section and add explanation of roles, change Resource requirements section,
     change SE techniques and tools section, check common list of requirements, develope use cases model,
     Message mapping and Events calculator system requirements.

   - Mr. Surikov: resolve the organization questions, Message mapping and events calculator system requirements.

   - M. Kryshen': check Working procedures section, scenarios, system constraints, file format system requirements.

   - K. Kulakov: Schedule section, Progress report reminding, glossary, integral part of system requirements.
