   Project planning needs to be finished as soon as possible.
   Viktor Surikov is new team member.

      - Monitoring and reporting mechanisms are discussed.
      
      - Analyzer size estimate is discussed.

      - Risk analysis control is discussed.

   3.B - Risk analysis

      - List of scenarios is discussed.

      - High level division model is considered.
      
      - Data model is discussed.

      - Common list of requirements is considered.
      
      - System constraints are discussed.

   3.C - Organization

      - Personal pages are discussed.

      - Viktor Surikov has joined the team. He needs account in
      Helsinki to access CVS repository and TWiKi registration.

   3.D - Technical issues

      - Problem with running Dia from PuTTy is discussed.

4. Action points

   - Each team member: personal pages, working hours, prepare material
      for glossary, own opinion on project, continue working on
      current tasks.

   - Mr. Surikov: resolve the organization questions.
