1. Start
        Mr. Kulakov started the meeting at 16:30.

2. Assessment of the situation

        Project plan is needed as soon as possible.
        Crucial question of team division needs to be solved.
        Current project state needs to be cleared up.

3. Discussion

        3.A - Project planning and requirements specification

                - Lengthy discussions about possible project divisions between
                Russian and Finnish parts.

                - Project plan is discussed. It is decided, that local planning
                will be made after the division.
                
                - Requirements classification problem is considered.

                - Resource requirements are discussed.

                - System services and system restrictions long discussion.

        3.B - Organization
        
                - Possible monitoring and reporting mechanisms are considered.

                - Current project state is discussed.

                - Project schedule and size estimates are discussed.

        3.C - Technical issues

                - CASE tools and SE techniques are discussed.
                
                - UML is chosen as a basic modeling language. Some
                available UML tools are discussed.

                - Possible variants of testing are considered.

                - Working hours and local meetings are discussed.

4. Action points

        - Each team member is assigned to fill working hours and to update
                personal page.
        - Mr. Ananin: use case model draft and textual description, CASE tools
                and SE techniques corrections, TCP/IP animator analogs
                web-placement, resource requirements analysis.
        - Mr. Kryshen: project plan issues, monitoring and reporting
                mechanism, organization questions, division model,
                TCP/IP animator analogs web-placement.
        - Mr. Kulakov: schedule, glossary, terms control, size estimate
                analysis, data model, quality assurance.
        - Mr. Salo: environment model diagram, requirements specification
                context diagram (system scope), risk analysis control,
                local meetings web-placement questions.
