1. Start
   Mr. Kulakov started the meeting at 15:15.

2. Assessment of the situation
   Implementation of the Analyzer goes on.

3. Discussion

   3.A - Design
      
      Mr. Kulakov starts discussion about the Analyzer
      design document current   state. Mr. Kryshen reports on
      changes in the document. XML DTD design state is
      considered. 

   3.B - Implementation

      Each team member reports on own modules
      implementation. Mr. Salo starts discussion on using
      getopt_long function. It is decided to allow
      getopt_long printing command line syntax error
      messages. Mr. Kulakov starts discussion on
      internal memory data structures deallocation
      problem. It is decided that the main module is
      responsible for memory deallocation.

   3.C - Technical issues

      It is needed to send technical information on working
      in PetrSU to Helsinki group.

4. Action points

   - Each team member: implementation and testing.

   - Mr. Kulakov: test plan.

   - Mr. Kryshen: test plan.

   - Mr. Salo: send technical information to H-group.
