1. Start
        Mr. Brown started the meeting at 15:25.

2. Assessment of the situation
        Third global meeting in Petrozavodsk. Integration stage is
        close finish, two days left before the presentation.

3. Discussion
        * Localization
          - Russian translation of the Animator could be started after
            the meeting.
          - P-group reported that they have not enough time to
            localize the Analyzer.

        * Presentation          
          H-group suggests that the presentation should be
          performed by P-group in Russian language. Mr. Korzun told
          about the plan of the presentation suggested by
          Mr. Bogoyavlenskiy:
          - introduction (by Mr. Bogoyavlenskiy and Instructors),
          - project organization and general description (by Mr. Brown
            and Mr. Kulakov)
          - parts of the development process and functions of software
            (by each developer)
          - conclusion (by Mr. Bogoyavlenskiy).
          
          Other presentation issues:
          - using the Power Point slides,
          - using the Russian translation of the Animator for
            the demonstration,
          - emphasis both on functionality of the software and it's
            use for lectures,
          - show photos at the end of the presentation.

        * Testing
          The group had a discussion on how many persons from each
          group could be involved in the integration testing.

        * Copyright and licensing issues
          - the software is licensed under GPL,
          - copyright by both universities.

        * Other issues
          - all group members should update their time reports,
          - the Analyzer should not output ARP layer information when
            no ARP units are present.

4. Action points
        Presentation will be discussed in smaller group.

        Mr. Kryshen and Mr. Kulakov will participate in the Animator
        localization. 

        Mr. Surikov, Mr. Laine and Mr. Fernandez will perform the
        integration testing (checking tcpdump log files against the
        Animator output).
