1. Start
    Mr. Brown started the meeting at 08:25.

2. Assessment of the situation
    The design document is not yet finished, and work needs to be done to
    finish it ASAP.

3. Discussion
    A recent mail from Mr. Kojo specified some additional requirements
    (providing the Analyzer with an additional input file with host variables
    / per-packet variables etc). It was discussed that no new
    design/implementation work should be done concerning this requirement
    at this point.
    
    Mr. Vainio suggested that timestamps in the data structures (TransferUnit)
    should be presented as floats, as longs are not as flexible. For example,
    if you decided to have timestamps in milliseconds as longs, you can't
    convert to microsecond granularity later. It was agreed that floats will be
    used.
    
    It was emphasized that notes can only be added to a certain point in time.
    If you go thru the scenario more than once, the same notes will be displayed
    each time. So, if an animation sequence rewinds back in time, the notes can't
    be different.

4. Action points
    - All: continue design tasks
    - Mr. Aarniala: Ask the P-group about the specific timestamp format the
      protocol events file will use. Change data structures to use float
      as timestamp format
